Neighborhood overview
Casa Frida's vintage looks, midcentury-inspired furniture & eclectic interior brings a whole new fashion-forward boutique hotel experience for art aficionados in Valle de Guadalupe.
Conceived as homage to her family's artistic background and to the legendary surrealist artist Frida Kahlo, fashion entrepreneur Grisel De La Rosa set on a passionate personal journey to rebuild and remodel a historic house on the crossroads to the outskirts of Guadalupe's into her own statement of glamour & hospitality.

"Casa Frida was made in honor of my grandmother Petra Elena García Zamora, who created the first art gallery in Ensenada more than 60 years ago. Also, many members of my family are established artists who have presented their work in galleries worldwide, So I felt I owed it to myself to reconnect with my roots and develop this art related project" Said Grisel De La Rosa.

The house was designed following Modern Mexican architectural trends inspired in Baja's wine country by architect Dora Padilla, and currently houses several paintings by leading Baja artist Raúl Carrillo "Vango".
Casa Frida has 3 nicely decorated bedrooms with full bathrooms, as well as fully-equipped kitchen, that can host up to 6 people and a second section, Diego's Studio & a few steps away there's Casa Capilla; which accommodates 4 people each of these artsy house's.

Casa Frida Valle de Guadalupe is one of the trendiest gastronomical parks in the Valle de Guadalupe, with the beautiful tasting room designed by the renowned Mexican architect Alejandro D'Acosta; upstairs you'll find a beautiful mixology and delicacies valley view rooftop area with live Djs called culinary terrace, in the meadows there's Frida's Lake also called oyster Deck where you can enjoy fresh seafood and refreshing drinks in the lake, next-door to the exquisite D'Petra restaurant by Chef Christian Herrera and two themed terraces named Corazón and Granada with Mariachi and live acts.
